Financial aid is available for rent and utility assistance Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday from 9:30 am - 2:00 pm. Appointments required.
High Point residents.
They require:
-Proof of Income (SSI/DisabilityĀ Award letter, Pay Stub, Etc.)
-State issued photo I.D. or LicenseĀ
-Copy of most current City of High Point electric bill or copy of current Lease or Mortgage agreement depending upon assistance needed
-Copies of all monthly expenses (all monthly bills)
-Landlord W-9 form
*In addition, there can be no utility assistance in the last 90 days from any agency other than Social Services. The bill must be in the name of the client who is seeking assistance and must already beĀ past due.
