One person from each family is allowed to come to the appointment to be interviewed.

Bring two months of your most recent bank statements for checking and saving accounts and pay stubs.
You will be asked to contribute to your request for assistance and have a plan to work towards sustainable housing.
May seek assistance once every six months.

Proof of Household Income & Verification of Employment & Salary
For rental assistance, bring:
