Triad Health Project provides emotional and practical support to individuals living with HIV, their loved ones, and to those at risk for HIV; by providing equitable access to HIV case management, free STI and pregnancy testing, and educating the community about sexual health and wellness strategies we can see a future free from HIV and the stigma that surrounds those living with HIV.
The office is open Monday through Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm for case management and HIV/STI and pregnancy testing by appointment.
