GCCN is a safety net program: We provide access to primary, specialty, and dental care for individuals 19-64 years old living in Guilford County, North Carolina between 0-200% of the Federal Poverty Level. Once accepted into the Orange Card program, the patient is assigned to a primary care provider. The primary care provider may refer the patient to our dental clinic or to several other specialties at reduced costs.Ā We are not insurance but offer coordinated care thru negotiated contracts with area providers. Eligibility requirements and the application for the Orange Card program can be found on our website, at DSS Greensboro and DSS High Point, or you can call for an application to be mailed.
